Resumo

A autorregulação (AR) é necessária para a aprendizagem, trazendo benefícios de curto a longo prazo nos âmbitos escolar, familiar e social. Este estudo descreve as etapas de elaboração do Programa de Intervenção para Promoção de AR (PIPA), voltado para crianças pré-escolares. O PIPA foi desenvolvido em quatro etapas: 1. Levantamento da literatura, elaboração, seleção e adaptação das atividades; 2. Criação de novas atividades, descrição sistemática e alocação das atividades em módulos; 3. Análise de conteúdo por especialistas; e 4. Reformulação e elaboração da versão final. Realizadas de forma sistematizada, as etapas conferiram evidência de validade de conteúdo do programa, pois se realizou uma construção criteriosa baseada em modelo teórico, na prática baseada em evidência e na análise de juízes especialistas. A versão final é composta por 33 atividades alocadas em 4 módulos: reconhecimento de emoções; compreensão de emoções em diversos contextos; aprender brincando; e consequências/controle do comportamento. Trata-se de um programa de intervenção curricular complementar para promoção de AR a ser aplicado por professores da Educação Infantil. O PIPA reúne num único procedimento a promoção de funções executivas e regulação emocional. O procedimento utilizado na elaboração do PIPA pode respaldar o desenvolvimento de novos programas na interface (Neuro)psicologia-Educação.
