Abstract

This communication focus on concepts of Psychopedagogy (Counseling of learning) and of inclusion; it deals with the influences from where came the inclusion movement in Brazil and the features of inclusion in the years 1998 till 2002. It invites the reader to think about the specific role of the psicopedagogo (Counselor of learning) and his contribution to the school inclusion of students with and without deficiencies.
